Kashif brings 20 years of diversified corporate and financial management experience to AbilityFirst. He is the founder of GlobalTek Inc, an IT Professional Services company, which he started when he was 19 years old as an undergraduate at Rutgers University. He turned the company into a $125M international business with over 300 employees and offices in India, Singapore, UK and various metropolitan cities in the United States. Since 2010, he has held a number of top finance leadership positions in the not-for-profit sector and at one point oversaw a $600M portfolio across 42 different nonprofits. Kashif earned his B.S. in Accounting from Rutgers University.
