Survival

General Provisions

Except as provided in a particular “Legal Notice” on this website, these Terms of Use, along with the AbilityFirst Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and AbilityFirst with respect to use of this Website, superseding all prior or contemporaneous communications with AbilityFirst. These Terms of Use are severable, and in the event any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not in any way affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
