Thank you for your interest in Camp Paivika!
Please call to register for Mom’s Retreat and for any non-disabled sibling sign ups.
Before you get Started
Before you get started, please be sure to read our Registration Policies carefully which outline program acceptance guidelines, as well as list our discount opportunities. Additionally, if you are interested in the Ski Program, please read the Ski Program Eligibility Criteria. Please allow yourself enough uninterrupted time to complete the online process, as it will time out if you step away for too long.
To complete registration you will be required to make a non-refundable deposit of $100. Payments can be made by credit card or e-check.
Once you have completed the registration process, you will receive a confirmation e-mail along with attachments with required annual medical forms.
These forms must be completed and signed by a doctor, and must be promptly returned to us. Once we receive these forms and your completed registration, you will receive your confirmation packet via e-mail.
First-time campers will also receive a follow-up phone call to review camper needs and answer any questions. All camp sessions will be filled on a first come basis.
Financial assistance is available for qualifying campers. Instructions on how to apply can be found during the online registration process, or you may download Scholarship Forms for guidelines and application information.
Finally, If you prefer to receive an application packet by mail, please contact Kelly Kunsek at email@example.com or by phone at (909)338-1102 ext. 5001.
AbilityFirst is fortunate to have a Campership program (financial aid) in place as a result of the ongoing generosity of many donors who care about the camp program. Please read a letter from Camp Director Kelly Kunsek for additional information about financial assistance.
