SERVING CHILDREN AND ADULTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
Laughter filled the air on December 21st as participants, family members, and staff from numerous AbilityFirst Centers strapped on their skates, and made their way onto the ice at LA Live to enjoy an exciting afternoon of ice skating.
On this very special day, AbilityFirst was honored by AEG’s Season of Giving Initiative, which included a short program, our latest video, and remarks given by Lee Meriwether-AbilityFirst Honorary Chair Person, Richard R. Frank- CEO of Lawry’s and AbilityFirst Board Chair, Lori Gangemi-AbilityFirst President and CEO, as well as a very inspirational speech from Special Guest Louis Jones—AbilityFirst Supported Employee.
In the spirit of giving, Lawry’s Carvery graciously donated a portion of all sales made during the day’s normal restaurant hours directly to AbilityFirst.
