Don Costill is director of AbilityFirst’s Paul Weston Work Center, in Woodland Hills. He has worked in the disabilities field for 36 years, and has been with AbilityFirst for the past 13 years. Don has received professional designations in Business Management, Industrial Supervision and Quality Control from UCLA. He has also earned certificates in Industrial Engineering, Work Management and Labor Control, and Managing Inventories and Production. From the Los Angeles City Fire Department, Don received a certificate in Emergency Business Response. Previously, he was a communications specialist with the U.S. Army, and a manufacturing supervisor for Everest and Jennings, which manufactures wheelchairs and other equipment for individuals with disabilities.
