Jeffrey Richards is director of the Paul Weston Center. He joined AbilityFirst in 2006, with 10 years experience in the disabilities field. Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree and has also earned an MBA. Having spent the early part of his career as a senior-level marketing executive, Jeff is a strong manager who – as himself the parent of a child with autism – also identifies with the needs and concerns of AbilityFirst families. Jeff also served for four years on the board of directors for Frank Lanterman Regional Center, and for two years as board president.
