AbilityFirst’s Newport Mesa Center in Costa Mesa offers after-school enrichment programs for children with developmental disabilities, such as autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, and epilepsy. The center serves the cities of Costa Mesa and Newport Beach and their surrounding communities. Established in 1999, the center includes two modular classrooms and a playground.
