AbilityFirst’s East Los Angeles Center offers programs for children and adults with developmental disabilities, such as autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, and epilepsy. The center serves East Los Angeles and Northeast Los Angeles, as well as surrounding communities such as Alhambra, City of Commerce, El Monte, Montebello, Monterey Park, Pico Rivera, Santa Fe Springs, and Whittier. Established in 1966, the center features a large activity room, a computer lab, and an outdoor play area.
