In collaboration with the City of Anaheim, the AbilityFirst-Anaheim Program offers enrichment programs for children and adults with developmental disabilities, such as autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, and epilepsy. The AbilityFirst-Anaheim Program serves the North Orange County region of Southern California, including the communities of Anaheim, Buena Park, Stanton and Cypress. Established in 1990, the AbilityFirst-Anaheim Program features a large activity room and outdoor play areas.

Children’s programs include an After School Program, Summer Full-Day and Spring/Winter Break Programs, Saturday Program and Therapeutic Instructional Swimming lessons. A Special Olympics Recreation Program for young adults is available.

Through the AbilityFirst-Anaheim Program, adults can attend Full-Day and Saturday Programs, as well as Friday Evening Recreation and Musical Theatre Programs. Therapeutic instructional swimming lessons are available.
