AbilityFirst operates with an executive team working with two boards of directors that are composed of individuals who volunteer their time and talents to advancing our mission.

Our President and Chief Executive Officer Lori Gangemi reports to the Governing Board of Directors; the Board sets policy and the overall strategic direction for the organization, is responsible for the overall direction of fundraising and has certain fiduciary responsibilities.

The role of the Housing Board of Directors is to monitor the financial performance of our HUD (Housing and Urban Development) sponsored housing properties and to assure compliance with HUD rules and regulations.
